Red Bank, NJ — Winks Hair & Lash Studio opens this May with a new twist on the standard hair salon format.  This is Monmouth County’s first hair and lash studio.  Winks offers full-service hair-care for men and women, along with professional eyelash extensions.  Services at Winks will range from haircuts and styling, hair coloring and highlights, perms, updos, and facial waxing.  The salon will feature Chi hair products and Lavish Lashes eyelash extensions.  “Eyelash extensions were used only by celebrities in the past, but we are making them available to all women.  They not only make lashes longer and fuller, but they also eliminate the need for and time associated with applying eye make-up”, according to Liz Calandra, owner of Winks.  Whether you are going to the beach, getting married or planning a night out, eyelash extensions can enhance your natural beauty.

Liz Calandra has been a New York and New Jersey licensed cosmetologist for twenty-five years.  She is a hairstylist, colorist, and lash extension specialist that is certified by Lavish Lashes.  Liz has applied thousands of lashes.  She was formerly the owner of Great Lengths Salon in Spring Lake, NJ.
